Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Generate new leads and build relationships with corporate travel desks, relocation companies, and HR/procurement managers of large corporations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals, promoting various stay packages (short and long-term).
- Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate and close corporate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the property owner.
- Account Management: Maintain effective relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer retention rates.
- Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate advertising and marketing efforts to promote the serviced apartments to potential corporate clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Market Analysis: Track competitor performance and market trends to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and service consistency for corporate clients.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in hospitality sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong network and relationships in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
