Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the school’s curriculum and educational standards.

Student Support & Development:
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and encouragement to students.
- Identify and support students with special needs or learning difficulties.
- Encourage the development of critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Foster respect, collaboration, and inclusivity among students.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about students’ progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administrators to improve teaching practices.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development programs.
- Engage with the school community through extracurricular activities, events, and projects.
Professional Conduct:
- Adhere to school policies, educational regulations, and ethical teaching standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.

- Continuously pursue personal and professional growth through training and research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area (Master’s degree preferred for higher levels).
- Strong subject knowledge and instructional expertise.

- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
