Responsibilities:
- Develop foundational cognitive, linguistic, emotional, and executive function skills in a 3-year-old through play-based, child-led learning experiences.
- Prepare the child for a smooth transition to nursery school by September 2026.
- Observe and document learning progress and build learning stamina and attention span progressively.
- Practice proper hygiene and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum NCE.
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent English language (Spoken and Written)
Creativity in designing hands-on experiences
Strong observation and documentation
Patience with repetition and developmental pace
Ability to ask open-ended questions that provoke thinking
