Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Acts as a liaison between the company and the customer. Manages all subscribers and investors’ expectations. Builds and maintains positive relationships with subscribers and investors with the aim of increasing sales and overall positive experience. Responsible for resolving problems, ensuring products/service are delivered on time and in good quality. Creates and maintains an accurate database of the business clients and ensures regular updates as the need arises.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Stakeholder ManagemenT

  • Develops a deep understanding and knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and real estate transactions;
  • Develops and maintains up to date customer information;
  • Maintains confidentiality of records and complies with data protection requirements concerning personal data of clients;
  • Follows up with clients by making frequent calls to strengthen relationship and engagement with clients;
  • Follows up with subscribers in order to generate new business leads that would translate to sales;
  • Provides advisory services to clients on the company’s products and service offerings;
  • Creates and maintains a client focused working environment with the team;
  • Participates in the hiring process for new client service hires and provides required support;
  • Coordinates the sales team to ensure follow up with new subscribers is done when required;
  • Maintains all documentation on subscriber transactions;
  • Works closely with accounts and other departments to ensure up to date records of subscriber accounts are maintained;
  • Promotes the company’s image through its processes and project offerings in order to encourage subscribers and stakeholders’ loyalty;
  • Handles and resolves client complaints in a professional manner;
  • Escalates complex client issues to management;
  • Prepares clear and accurate reports for management and stakeholders on clients, in order to determine if targets are met and identify areas for improvement;
  • Provides clients with updated information about the company’s products and service offerings;
  • Generates new clients for the business by providing the public with information on the company’s offerings;
  • Works closely with the sales team and ensures they are provided with updated client information;
  • Informs the sales teams of a potential client and follows up on progress;
  • Carries out client satisfaction surveys and reviews to identify areas for improvement;

Marketing Function

  • Strategizes and executes marketing campaigns with the sales team;
  • Works with the brand consultant to ensure that the company is projected appropriately;
  • Conducts research on the real estate sector and generates knowledge on how to improve service delivery to clients;
  • Monitors industry trends and emerging practices to identify new opportunities for the company and provides management with findings;
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services;
  • Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable and accredited university preferably Marketing or Business Administration;


KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

  • Customer service;
  • Knowledge of marketing;
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools and relevant software

WORK EXPERIENCES

At least four (4) years experience in stakeholder management or customer relation roles.
