Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor sales consultants and marketers.
- Identify and qualify new business leads across industries.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build relationships with clients, Zoho regional managers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and team performance reviews.
- Align closely with marketing and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Zoho or similar business tools is a plus.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B solution sales, ideally SaaS or IT services.
- A potential candidate should have experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in a leadership role.
- The candidate should have experience in B2B sales with expertise in the Northern Market.
