The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the furniture & stationery showroom, ensuring optimal sales performance, excellent customer service, and efficient stock management. Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both furniture and stationery categories.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend pricing or promotional adjustments.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Ensure all customers receive professional, prompt, and friendly service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with corporate and walk-in clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
