Responsibilties:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to support the company's growth and business objectives.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Direct and coordinate end-to-end business activities across all relevant functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans, policies, and operational initiatives.
- Identify business opportunities and drive sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue generation.
- Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor business performance and implement improvements to achieve organisational goals.
Requirements:
- A first degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a reputable institution
- MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage
- Relevant professional certifications.
- Required 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years in a senior management position.
- Prior experience within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
- Proven experience leading and managing a sizeable team.
- Good understanding of the food industry and excellent knowledge of logistics and distribution.
- Good understanding of customer service operations
- Experience in acquiring new vendors by scanning the market, pitching and closing the commercial agreement.
- Demonstrated experience and proven track record of leading an organisation to successfully deliver new and innovative services to clients
- Experience designing and implementing business development and sales strategies to drive market share, market penetration, and business performance.
- Experience in business planning, budget planning, resource allocation, and P & L optimisation.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Ability to deliver on set targets and achieve demonstrative results in line with the organisation's strategic aspirations
- Strategic thinker with a high level of commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders and effectively communicate and interact with top-level management and the board.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with others to achieve positive results.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
- Resilient and focused go-getter with exposure to best practices.

Remuneration: NGN 600,000 Monthly Net
