Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit 30–90 second short-form videos from long-form content (interviews, speeches, trainings)
- Add captions, hooks, zooms, and engaging pacing (we’ll give examples)
- Submit clips and track view counts
- Optional, but strongly recommended: recruit, train, and manage a small team of clippers
Requirements:
- Are you based in Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana preferred)
- Know CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Can identify viral moments, add subtitles, and pace for TikTok
- Are you hungry to earn more by scaling effort, quality, or your own team
- Are you reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented
Remuneration: USD 200
