Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Defining and executing the brand's creative vision to align with company goals, translating complex financial information into engaging brand narratives.
- Overseeing the creation of all creative assets across various channels (digital, social, web, print, video, UI/UX) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Leading and mentoring a creative team.
- Collaborating with other departments like Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure a unified brand message and user experience.
- Keeping up with creative trends, technologies, and best practices in the fintech industry and incorporating them into creative processes.
- Managing creative budgets and project timelines.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in creative leadership with a strong portfolio.
- Understanding of the financial services industry, regulations, and communication challenges in fintech.
- Proficiency in creative software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
