Job Summary
Flyibat Travels is hiring a Graphics & Brand Manager who will own and manage the company’s entire brand identity — from visuals to messaging — while also supporting digital marketing activities. You will work directly with the IT Manager and collaborate with our service teams to produce consistent, high-quality brand experiences across all platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own the Flyibat brand identity, ensuring consistent visuals, tone, and messaging across all channels
- Design graphics, banners, marketing creatives, campaign visuals, and brand assets
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across the organisation
- Supervise weekly content production (graphics, short-form videos, website visuals)
- Support digital marketing campaigns with creatives and visual direction
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with team members for distribution
- Update website visuals (banners, images, page layouts)
- Track and document all design/brand tasks on Jira with proper comments and updates
- Collaborate with sales, study, and visa teams to produce promotional materials
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in brand design, graphics, or creative direction
- Strong portfolio covering brand identity, graphics, and visual campaigns
- Good communication and copy-friendly design thinking
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet weekly KPIs
- Familiarity with Jira or other project/task management systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong graphics design skills (Canva/Adobe)
- Professional brand identity management (colour palette, typography, templates, brand consistency)
- Creative direction + visual storytelling
- Social media content design & layout
- Website banner design & content formatting
- Basic SEO & content optimisation
- Ability to work with Jira for task tracking & reporting
Added Advantage:
- Digital marketing experience (ads, content strategy, blog updates)
- Video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Email marketing tools like MailerLite
- Experience creating or maintaining brand guideline documents
