Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content strategy aligned with company sales targets
- Create high-quality content (videos, reels, graphics, captions, carousels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts
- Plan and maintain a structured content calendar
- Run and optimize paid ads focused on lead generation and property marketing
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, reach, and conversions
- Work closely with the sales team to promote listings and campaigns
- Attend site inspections, property launches, and company events to capture live content
- Respond to inquiries and direct messages professionally and promptly
- Monitor trends in the real estate and digital marketing space
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing business social media accounts
- Proven experience in running paid social media ads
- Experience creating video content (Reels, TikTok, short-form video)
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- Understanding of lead generation strategies
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
