Job summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering compelling real estate marketing videos that align with the company’s brand identity and sales objectives. This role requires both technical expertise and strong storytelling ability.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns
- Capture property tours, site inspections, client testimonials, and promotional events
- Produce engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Edit long-form property showcase videos
- Add music, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements
- Ensure videos are optimized for various social media platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align content with campaign goals
- Maintain and manage video equipment
- Organize and archive video files for easy retrieval
- Meet strict content deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience with motion graphics and basic color grading
- Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile production tools
- Understanding of lighting, sound, and framing
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
