3D Designer
Job summary
The 3D Designer will be responsible for conceptualising and producing high-quality 3D designs and visualisations for experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, and immersive brand environments. The role requires strong hands-on proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion for rendering, as well as Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW for post-production and presentation support. The designer will work closely with creative, client services, and production teams to translate briefs into visually compelling and execution-ready 3D outputs that align with client objectives and Quorum Africa’s creative standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D designs, renderings, and visualisations for experiential campaigns, brand activations, events, booths, and installations.
- Translate creative concepts, client briefs, and brand guidelines into accurate and engaging 3D designs.
- Collaborate closely with creative leads, experiential account managers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution alignment.
- Create 3D mock-ups, layouts, stage designs, set designs, and spatial concepts for internal reviews and client presentations.
- Prepare 3D files, visuals, and technical details to support fabrication and on-ground execution.
- Review, revise, and refine designs based on internal feedback and client input within agreed timelines.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all 3D outputs in line with Quorum Africa’s creative standards.
- Support production teams with measurements, material references, and build specifications where required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a 3D Designer within an experiential agency, creative studio, event company, or related environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification in Architecture, or any related field.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling and spatial design.
- Working knowledge of Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion for high-quality rendering and visualisation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production, presentation layouts, and visual enhancements.
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW for supporting graphics and production-related designs.
- Solid understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, and build feasibility for live events and activations.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
Work Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 Monthly
