Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly skilled Content Creator/Graphics Designer with strong knowledge of content creation and graphic design. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, take initiative, and deliver professional, high-quality work consistently. The first 3 months of this role are fully onsite, during which the candidate will learn about our products, understand our brand, and develop the necessary plans to execute their duties effectively. After this period, the position transitions to a hybrid structure—working onsite 3 times a week and remotely for the remaining days.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality, engaging graphics for social media, branding, ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Produce social media content (photos, videos, captions) that aligns with the brand identity.
- Manage and update social media pages with consistent and engaging posts.
- Develop creative ideas and content strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms.
- Create short videos and simple animations (added advantage).
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and visuals.
- Work proactively with minimal supervision to deliver tasks on time.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator or Graphics Designer.
- Strong knowledge of design and content creation roles.
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Good knowledge of social media trends and content best practices.
- Strong visual creativity and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Video editing skills are a strong added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively.
- Minimum of OND
- Willingness to work fully onsite for the first 3 months and transition to hybrid thereafter.
Work Structure:
- First 3 Months: Fully onsite.
- After 3 Months: Hybrid (3 days onsite, remaining days work-from-home).
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 Net
