Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media editorial calendars and schedules
• Create, design, and publish engaging content (graphics, photos, and video content) for posting on all social media platforms.
• Optimize LVL pages on all social media platforms to increase visibility.
• Create and publish engaging content (write-ups) for posting on all social media platforms.
• Work with Product Champions to generate content for daily broadcasts on all social media platforms
• Regularly design and dispatch newsletters, promotions, and social campaigns (create and upload videos, etc.)
• Consult with the Sales & Purchases department on new products to give special highlights on social media platforms.
• Ensure daily dispatch of customer birthday greetings via the spread-the-word platform
• Manage online reviews and responses
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and brick & mortar
• Ensure LVL is listed in various search engines, e.g., Google, ask.com, etc.
• Ensure electronic versions of LVL publications are available online
• Create online relationships with other sites and blogs that may have similar audiences, e.g., GTB SME Hub, Sermoncentral.com
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Weekly report on the effectiveness of campaigns 

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
