Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead design development for small–medium projects and assist on larger projects.
- Develop detailed concepts, space plans, and FF&E specifications.
- Produce technical drawings, schedules, and mood boards with precision.
- Conduct site visits, contractor coordination, and quality checks.
- Mentor junior designers and review their drawings/renders.
- Collaborate with vendors for sourcing, pricing, and procurement lists.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, budgets, and design standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in residential interior design, preferably with exposure to high-end projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools; strong Photoshop/InDesign skills are a plus.
- Excellent space planning and visual presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
