Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content (videos, reels, graphics, stories, and captions) for Picadailys’ social media pages and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute creative content ideas aligned with ongoing trends, app activities, and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create campaigns that increase brand visibility and user engagement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for challenges, features, and brand storytelling.
- Monitor performance metrics, track audience engagement, and suggest improvements.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, pop culture, and viral content styles relevant to Picadailys’ target audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or influencer (portfolio or sample links required).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Proficiency in basic content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a passion for creating relatable content.
- Self-driven, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in lifestyle, youth, or fintech brands is a plus.
