The Social Media Personnel will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s social media strategy. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong knowledge of social media trends to promote brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase customer interaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product awareness initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to improve the company’s online presence.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with emerging social media technologies and tools to enhance productivity.
- Handle social media advertisements and sponsored campaigns when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
