Operation/Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Creative Director/Founder to manage daily production schedules
• Coordinate with the Head Tailor to ensure garments are completed on time
• Supervise daily activities within the production space
• Ensure garments move correctly through each stage of production
• Record quantities produced, altered, or requiring repairs
• Assign daily tasks to tailors and monitor progress
• Conduct basic quality control checks on finished garments & accessories 
• Oversee packaging and labeling of completed items
• Maintain production and inventory records
• Liaise with logistics and vendors for timely procurement
• Support the Creative and Brand team during photoshoots and campaigns
• Ensure completed items are delivered to the fulfillment room

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fashion industry experience preferred)
• Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or production work
• Must be computer literate (basic spreadsheets, records, reporting)
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to be flexible & work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must live around the Lekki/Ajah axis
