Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Shipping Coordination: Organize and oversee the dispatching of products to customers or warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and track stock levels to ensure adequate inventory is available for shipping. Assist with stocktaking and inventory audits.
- Logistics Management: Work with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure optimal shipping routes, cost-efficiency, and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as bills of lading, shipping invoices, and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with local and international shipping laws.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
