The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inventory management process. This position is responsible for developing and implementing procedures for managing inventory, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring accurate records. The successful candidate key performance indicator is to ensure physical inventory agrees to the system balance at all time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procedures for inventory management, tracking, and control
- Monitor and track inventory levels and ensure accurate physical inventory agrees to system balance at all time.
- Supervise the receiving and stocking of inventory items
- Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and stored
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure they meet customer demand
- Respond to inquiries regarding inventory availability and location
- Maintain a safe and secure inventory area
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage
- Analyze inventory data and recommend improvements
- Develop and manage inventory budgets
- Ensure inventory supplies are ordered in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing inventory control processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of inventory management software
