Job summary
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Sales Operations & Order Coordination Executive to serve as the operational bridge between Sales and the Factory.

Responsibilities:
- Track all confirmed sales orders from entry to dispatch
- Maintain live order status reports with real-time production updates
- Provide proactive customer updates on order progress
- Coordinate across Sales, Production, QC, Warehouse, Procurement & Finance
- Manage structured sample tracking and conversion follow-ups
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Operations reports
- Verify order accuracy against approved quotations
- Act as operational contact for order-related customer queries
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive workflow improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing (Packaging experience preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
- Experience working in a factory environment
- Strong attention to detail and cross-functional coordination skills
