Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assign fulfillment tasks and supervise daily execution.
- Coordinate deliveries (both intrastate and interstate).
- Schedule product installations within Lagos.
- Manage high-standard packaging and crating processes.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and claims with third-party logistics vendors.
- Coordinate inventory and stock movement from the warehouse to the showroom.
- Oversee showroom pickups and final customer handovers.
- Submit structured weekly fulfillment reports to the Operations Manager.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships for regional deliveries and packaging materials.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled seamlessly without delays or damage.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
