Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support procurement, sourcing, logistics and supply chain operations within our waste paper and paper production business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, managing supplier relationships, and supporting efficient supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted production operations. This role is suited for a professional with hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain activities who is keen on expanding sourcing options and contributing directly to on-site operations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure raw materials required for waste paper and paper production
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new sourcing options and supplier relationships
- Support raw material production planning and supply chain coordination
- Ensure a steady supply of materials to support continuous production
- Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal production teams
- Maintain accurate procurement, sourcing, and supply chain records
- Support negotiations on pricing, delivery timelines, and supply terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain best practices
- Logistics coordination across external stakeholders
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years + relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing
- Experience within manufacturing, recycling, or paper production is an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work onsite at the production location
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 Net
