We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Shelf Attendant / Sales Representative to support daily store operations by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and attractively arranged, while also assisting customers with their purchases.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
- Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements
- Refill and arrange products neatly on shelves according to display standards.
- Monitor stock levels on shelves and report low or out-of-stock items.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, tagged, and clean.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing product information.
- Remove expired or damaged goods and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned store sections.
- Support promotional and marketing efforts within the store.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock counts as required.
- Work closely with cashiers and other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Comply with all store policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or carry light items.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of product arrangement.
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
