Job Summary

Your mission is to ensure our websites and content are optimized for Search Engines. As an SEO specialist, you will be responsible for the SEO strategy. You’ll be tasked to analyse, review and implement adjustments to our websites with the aim of not only improving ranking but also improving the quantity and quality of the websites’ traffic.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification/degree
  • 5 or more years of experience in SEO
  • A basic understanding of how CSS and JS relate to SEO
  • Google Search Console, Webmaster Tools, and Lighthouse
  • Advanced understanding of HTML/HTML5
  • Experience with ranking software such as SEMRush, Conductor Searchlight, or Raven
  • Excellent Content Writing Skills
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio
  • CMS experience with WordPress and/or Craft

Job Description:

Organisational:

  • Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack
  • Utilise Trello to update task status
  • Coordinate with the design team on visual assets for content
  • Coordinate with the push and performance marketers for content requirement

Functional:

SEO Content Strategy:

  • Develop tailored SEO Content Strategies for each market
  • Work with the Country Content Managers to ensure content is optimised for search engines, employing an effective internal linking strategy
  • Be responsible for the organic visibility of website pages, and volume of traffic from organic search and core web vital metrics
  • Update webpage contents and write new content to improve visibility in search results
  • Oversee the overall link-building and internal linking strategy

Technical SEO support and upkeep:

  • Conduct Technical SEO audits on website pages, and work with the Frontend
  • Developer to fix technical issues

SEO Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and Optimise Core Web Vitals metrics across the different brands
  • Monitor the search ranking positions for high-value keywords
  • Monthly reports on organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and organic search performance

Salary Range: $12,000 - $14,000 gross per year
