Job summary
We are looking for a Marketing Executive (Lead & Customer Nurturing Focus) with strong digital marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and lead/customer nurturing experience to take ownership of campaign execution across multiple channels.This role is execution-focused and performance-driven, with clear responsibility for managing lead funnels, customer journeys, and marketing-to-sales alignment to deliver measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, email marketing, and WhatsApp
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics
- Drive content distribution and audience growth across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Build, manage, and optimise lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle funnels, landing pages, and campaign workflows
- Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer education, follow-ups, re-engagement, and retention
- Support existing customer nurturing through email and WhatsApp to encourage repeat business, upsells, and referrals
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics, optimisation, and reporting tools
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with lead quality, sales pipeline progression, and conversion performance
- Identify opportunities to monetise digital content, campaigns, and marketing assets over time
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience with paid ads, lead generation, and lead nurturing campaigns
- Practical experience with email marketing, customer nurturing, and marketing automation workflows
- Good understanding of digital analytics, performance optimisation, and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and automation platforms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Experience marketing technical, B2B, or service-based offerings is an advantage

- Quality, consistency, and progression of leads through the marketing and sales funnel
- Effectiveness of email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer nurturing campaigns
