Market Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify and register fabric vendors and tailors/fashion designers with registered businesses.
• Verify KYC documentation and ensure compliance.
• Upload fabrics and styles with high‑quality images and accurate descriptions.
• Pick up products within assigned areas and prepare them for logistics agents.
• Conduct market research on vendors, tailors, and fashion trends.
• Provide onboarding support to vendors and tailors.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, KYC details, and uploads.
• Monitor product quality and escalate concerns.
• Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and tailors.
• Promote the platform through community outreach and social media.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Submit weekly reports on onboarding progress and market insights.
• Uphold Carybin’s brand image in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal activation drives.

• SSCE minimum.
• At least 2 years in fashion-related roles or data-entry positions.
• Strong photography skills.
• Email communication proficiency.
• Knowledge of mobile photo-editing apps.
• Understanding of fabrics & fashion trends.
• Creative writing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic marketing/sales ability.
• Willingness to grow in a structured system.
• Smartphone meeting these specs: 40MP minimum camera, Sensor size 1/1.56" – 1/1.3" and Aperture f/1.8 – f/1.6

• Local language of the chosen duty station

Location: Abuja, Lagos, Onitsha, Aba, Kaduna, Kano
Work Type: Contract (3 months, with possibility of extension)
