We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to combine content creation, strategic planning, and day-to-day social media management. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth across all digital platforms while aligning content with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop and execute structured content calendars.
- Create engaging, visually compelling content (reels, stories, carousels, videos).
- Cover live events, fittings, shoots, and campaigns with real-time content capture.
- Implement goal-driven strategies aligned with short- and long-term brand objectives.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online community presence.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, Design, and Customer Service teams.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Supervise social media interns to ensure consistency and timeliness.
- Identify influencer partnerships and manage brand collaborations.
- Execute paid ads and boosted campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media strategy or management (fashion experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong iPhone content creation and video editing skills (CapCut proficiency required).
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent copywriting and brand communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Availability to attend physical events and shoots as required.
