Job summary
The digital marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and familiar with digital marketing tools and trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, campaigns)
- Run and monitor paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports
- Optimize website and social media content for visibility and engagement
- Manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to drive promotions and product visibility
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging content and interpret performance data
- Good communication and time management skills
- Experience in the food or FMCG industry is an added advantage
