Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital platforms including social media, email marketing, website updates, and online advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing performance and market research reports.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics and ROI.
- Develop and manage promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and product catalogues.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Track customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Support product launches and new market development initiative.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years experience in both digital and field marketing.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is an added advantage.
Technical Competence:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
- Basic graphic/content tools knowledge (advantage).
