We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives, drive end-to-end campaigns, expand brand visibility, and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels
  • Lead SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives to drive measurable growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform positioning and campaign strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all products and communication channels
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaign ROI
  • Oversee content creation, media planning, advertising, partnerships, and promotional activities
  • Define KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team or collaborate with external agencies
  • Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization and improvement plans


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum Second Class Upper – 2:1)
  • At least 5 years of proven marketing experience with measurable impact and results
  • Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation, and CRM tools
  • Solid understanding of traditional marketing tactics including events, print media, and strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience in fast-paced startups or product-driven environments is an advantage
