Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels
- Lead SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content initiatives to drive measurable growth
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform positioning and campaign strategies
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all products and communication channels
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and track campaign ROI
- Oversee content creation, media planning, advertising, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Define KPIs, monitor marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team or collaborate with external agencies
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization and improvement plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum Second Class Upper – 2:1)
- At least 5 years of proven marketing experience with measurable impact and results
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation, and CRM tools
- Solid understanding of traditional marketing tactics including events, print media, and strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for both B2B and B2C products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management abilities
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
- Experience in fast-paced startups or product-driven environments is an advantage
