Job summary
We’re hiring an experienced full-time content creator to develop high-quality, engaging content aligned with our brand goals. Strong experience in content creation is required. Social media management and editing skills are an added advantage, as we have dedicated team members for those roles. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and consistent content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a strong understanding of digital trends, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content (text, graphics, short videos, and basic animations) for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand and business goals.
- Write clear, compelling copy for posts, articles, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and management teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and grow social media presence through consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.
- Track content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content creator, digital content specialist, or similar role.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of branding and audience engagement.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience working with brands in real estate or construction, oil & gas, tech.
- Photography, videography, or motion graphics skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
