Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth and scaling objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, search, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, CAC, CLV, ROI, and funnel performance.
  • Conduct data analysis and metric evaluation to identify trends, opportunities, gaps, and underperforming channels.
  • Translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for management.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through insight-led campaigns.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, fulfillment, and operations teams to align marketing demand with operational capacity.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Manage content, messaging, and campaign calendars to ensure brand consistency and impact.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending and measurable returns.
  • Support expansion planning by providing growth projections and demand insights based on marketing data.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
