We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with mid to senior-level experience to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and experience scaling fintech or technology-driven products.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow adoption of the mobile app
  • Lead user acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns across digital channels
  • Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for new features such as crypto-to-cash, bill payments, cards, and gift cards
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns (paid ads, ASO, SEO, email, influencer partnerships)
  • Analyse marketing data, KPIs, and user behaviour to optimise campaigns and ROI
  • Collaborate with product, growth, compliance, and customer support teams
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and coordinate with external agencies
  • Stay current with fintech, crypto, and digital payments market trends


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, crypto, payments, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in driving user growth for mobile apps or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, and analytics tools
  • Experience developing and executing brand and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Nice to Have:

  • Experience marketing crypto, financial apps, or regulated products
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML constraints and compliance-friendly marketing
  • Experience in emerging markets or multi-region product launches
  • Familiarity with referral programs and community-led growth
