Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Facilitator to join our school team. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, working in collaboration with teachers, parents, and the SENCO to ensure inclusive and effective learning.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom teachers in differentiating lessons and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and prepare feedback reports for staff and parents.
- Collaborate with external professionals and specialists as required.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Special Needs Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusive learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
