Security Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our 24/7 operation, including our office premises, employees, and assets.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the office premises, employees, and assets at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of the office premises to identify and report any security breaches or concerns.
- Operate the office generator on a daily basis, ensuring it is properly maintained and fueled.
- Operate the water pump to supply water to the office.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the following logbooks: Staff & Visitors logbooks, Generator logbook, Water pump logbook, and Incident/Handover logbook.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Welcome Visitors to the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Perform any other security-related tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin. Manager/Team Lead.
- Provides support services to the HR & Admin. Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
