A Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of an office. They manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation while assisting executives and staff in daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s or the office’s schedule
- Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain filing systems and office records

- Take minutes during meetings and circulate notes
- Handle office supplies and logistics
- Support staff and management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields preferred)
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
