Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure effective communication within the organization. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities, and office management.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Handling correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems.
  • Supporting office operations with the use of modern IT tools and software.
  • Assisting management with documentation, record keeping, and communication.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring smooth office operations by providing timely and accurate administrative support.

 


Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Technical Skills: Must be above average in Information Technology (MS Office, email management, online communication tools, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Festac, Surulere, Ketu/Ikeja, Ebute-Metta/Oyingbo, Lagos Island/Obalende will be given preference, to help reduce transportation costs.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
