Job summary
We are seeking a Secretary who will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Manages schedules, correspondence, and records while serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
Communication & Correspondence:
- Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Draft, type, and edit letters, memos, reports, and presentations
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Document & Office Management:
- Create, organize, and maintain filing systems for physical and digital records
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and personnel information
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors
- Perform basic bookkeeping: process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Professional discretion and attention to detail
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday. May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
