Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Viance Tea, a leading herbal and medicinal tea company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in FMCG or target-driven sales roles, with a passion for wellness products and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, managing customer relationships, and meeting weekly revenue goals. You will represent the brand in the Abuja market, particularly around Gwarinpa, and ensure that clients receive outstanding service and product knowledge.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Abuja market.
- Achieve and exceed weekly sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product guidance.
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.
- Keep records of sales activities and report performance regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG or herbal/health product sectors.
- Strong ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the Abuja market and a strong local network is an advantage.
