Job summary
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and schedules where required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with basic customer service issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
