Structure: Commission-based with a basic salary of ₦150,000

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our *real estate firm* and drive property sales. This role is ideal for confident individuals with proven sales ability and hands-on experience in the real estate industry who enjoy meeting targets, engaging clients, and earning based on performance.
*Key Responsibilities*
Promote and sell real estate products and services
Identify and engage potential clients
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Provide regular sales updates and feedback
*Requirements*
1–2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing
Experience in the real estate industry (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
