We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused technical sales engineer to support the sales & business development team in delivering enterprise connectivity and networking solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, telecom infrastructure, and cloudconnectivity solutions, while also demonstrating excellent customer engagement and solution presentation capabilities. This role requires a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between technical teams and customers by designing tailored connectivity solutions, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Design and propose enterprise connectivity solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions, network assessments, and infrastructure reviews.
  • Prepare technical proposals, network diagrams, and solution presentations.
  • Provide technical support for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with Network Operations, Service Delivery, and Project teams.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of telecom and enterprise networking technologies.
  • Support customer relationship management and business growth initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, telecommunications, electrical/electronics engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales, telecommunications, or ISP environments.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, SD-WAN, AWS, Azure, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
  • D-WAN Architecture & Deployment
  • MPLS VPN Technologies
  • Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)
  • Leased Line & Metro Ethernet Services
  • Cloud Connect Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • TCP/IP and Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Enterprise Network Infrastructure
  • WAN Technologies & Managed Services
