Job summary
We are seeking motivated, result-orientated sales partners (Facility Management Services) to expand our client base across various commercial sectors. In this role, you will leverage your existing network and sales expertise to connect us with businesses such as hotels, offices, estates, hospitals, schools, banks, shortlets, and commercial buildings that require professional facility management solutions. This is a highly flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for freelance marketers, experienced sales agents, facility managers, business developers, and real estate professionals with a strong corporate network.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential corporate clients (hotels, schools, hospitals, estates, etc.) needing facility management and maintenance services.
- Service Promotion: Pitch and introduce our core services, including Professional Air Conditioner (AC) Maintenance, Comprehensive Facility Management, Solar Installation & Energy Solutions General Procurement and Supply
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, procurement officers, admin managers, and business owners).
- Deal Closure: Act as the primary bridge between potential clients and our technical team to successfully secure service contracts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or real estate.
- An active, strong network within corporate, commercial, or residential real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Background knowledge of facility management, real estate, or engineering services is a strong plus (but not mandatory).
