Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services while attending to customer enquiries.
- Manage customer communication across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Support the company’s social media and promotional activities, including creating and sharing content.
- Handle any other task assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a School Leaving Certificate
- No experience required.
- Have good computer knowledge and be comfortable using Microsoft Word, internet applications and other basic office software.
- Be an active social media user with a good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and other social platforms.
- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Have good communication and customer service skills.
- Be vibrant, confident and outspoken, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Have a strong interest in sales and marketing and be able to promote the company's products and services.
- Be organised and capable of handling basic secretarial and administrative duties.
- Be responsible, punctual, teachable and willing to learn.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
