Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls
• Speak with UK business owners and decision-makers
• Navigate gatekeepers professionally
• Ask discovery and qualification questions
• Identify genuine business needs
• Handle objections confidently
• Book qualified meetings for the Sales Closer
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and call dispositions
• Follow our sales frameworks while adapting naturally
• Meet attendance, quality and activity standards

Requirements:

• Previous cold-calling, telesales or B2B sales experience is an advantage, but strong English communication and telephone presence are more important than experience.

Performance Expectations:

• On full production days, callers should be prepared for approximately 100+ outbound call attempts, where leads and systems are available.
• Performance is assessed through call activity, availability, call quality, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, CRM accuracy, coachability and sales results.

Training:

• Successful candidates complete a 5-day intensive Sales Academy covering cold-call openings, tone, discovery, qualification, objection handling, appointment setting, CRM standards and controlled call simulations.
