Job summary

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and goal-orientated sales executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, promoting properties, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads.
  • Promote and market available properties to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries and prospects.
  • Schedule property inspections and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist clients throughout the buying process.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain proper records of leads and transactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.
  • Good social media and networking skills.


Remuneration: NGN 70,000-150,000
