Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
- Lead and inspire the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, using data to optimise team output and identify new opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales staff
- Develop sales campaigns with broader business goals
- Prepare regular sales reports
- Identify market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all sales channels.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations while maximising ROI
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory and sales role
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline.
- Must be fluent in English and confident
- Must be computer literate and social media savvy
- The candidate must reside in the Ikeja environs
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
