Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for product growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven experience in FMCG sales or distribution.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of trade marketing, retail, and route-to-market strategies.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license (an added advantage).
